You do not need an account to use this website, and we do not ask for payment details.

How we use it

We use your details only to read and respond to your enquiry, including any follow-up about licensing, rights clearance, partnerships or press that you have asked about. We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Services that process it for us

Emails sent to our @nexsonasounds.com addresses are received by Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards them to our mailbox, where our email provider stores them. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site. Links to streaming services take you to their websites, where their own privacy policies apply.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to respond and to follow up on the enquiry, and then delete them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@nexsonasounds.com to make a request.
